In fact consultation between client and project manager from beginning to end is our way of ensuring that the Client’s expectations and goals are clearly identified and then achieved. From revenue assessment to calculating a cost plan and developing timing schedules and cash flow guidelines, the EDARA L.L.C team works closely with the client from the outset to produce a feasible development.

While construction is underway we ensure that all contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants adhere to appropriate policies and procedures and that the work is progressing according to plan. Detailed reporting ensures we are in control of the process every step of the way. Most importantly, the Project Management approach is not just one of reporting – it is one of identifying problems ahead of time and taking appropriate action to remove obstacles to progress and to facilitate all participants to deliver a project everyone can be proud of. We even take responsibility for operator training. And once the project is completed the EDARA L.L.C team ensures that all defects are identified and rectified in the allocated time.
